Studio Korte Leidse

Studio Korte Leidse is a small-scale business collective close to the Leidseplein, in the heart of the city’s World Heritage canal district. Studio Korte Leidse accommodates about 30 small businesses in the creative and cultural sector.

The available offices vary from 20 sq m. to 140 sq m. However, small spaces can be combined to create larger ones. Rent starts at 185 euro per m2 per annum (excluding service costs and tax). Each office has its own kitchen. Fibre optic connections are possible. All toilets were renewed to serve you and your visitors. Facilities include a smart central entrance with a daytime receptionist. However, tenants have access to the building 24/7. There is a central lift and an internal bicycle garage.
